טרם הריסת המבנה חברתנו דואגת לניתוק המבנה מתשתיות של חשמל , מים וביוב באמצעות עובדים המוסמכים לכך ומספקת הסדרי תנועה זמניים המאפשרים המשך זרימה של

התנועה באזור וחציצה בין עוברי אורח לעבודות ההריסה.
